CNC routing is an ideal & economic method for manufacturing flat sheet materials like MDF, Plywood, Aluminium & Acrylic sheet in specific shapes. A cutting programme generated from a compatible file which provides 100% accuracy duplication. This advanced technology enables the cutting and production that provides quality and accuracy that is often difficult and time-consuming. In the process of coding, we will also aim to achieve the best nesting in order to maximize the use of material.

THE TECHNICAL STUFF
Our CNC is a 4 Axis machine capable of machining sheets as large as 1220 x 2440mm which provides a high standard cutting on every occasion. With our on-site tools, spray painting and finishing facilities, we not only provide CNC cutting but all the way through the production assembly and finishing. We work with different materials like plywood, MDF and all other types of timber, acrylic, aluminium, and composite materials.
